the room i was assigned did not match the photos online.. it was smaller with limited natural light and a very awkward layout. the bathroom felt cramped as the sink was open to the bedroom. i feel these issues detract from the experience

this hotel rocks! the breakfast was yummy, the courtyard. i think it was great they gave us chocolate and water. a hat and fan. it was like a welcome party!

but, bummer, our room didnt look like the pics online, not even close! it was all tiny and dark with this weird little window way down low, it was like a dungeon. major letdown since nobody mentioned that before.

the rooms were very clean and well appointed. the receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel. she explained the building's history and it was very interesting. i loved the spa facilities and the location. it seemed only ten minutes from everywhere.

the faucet was too small for the sink, so it was impossible to wash my hands. the drawers in the cupboard were too low, and there were only a few. the nightstands were also too small. the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great for applying make-up.

Daily breakfast portions were ideal (I appreciated the attention to detail). A pillow menu was available in the room and my selection quickly arrived. The staff was attentive.
