My stay at Summum Boutique Hotel was truly good. The staff were extraordinarily attentive, ensuring that every moment felt special. The location in Palma's old town offered easy access to charming streets and local dining. Though the breakfast was delicious, I did wish for a bit more variety in options. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I look forward to returning soon.

I stayed in a beautiful Junior Suite with Wellness Access. the bed was huge and comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, and offered lovely in-room amenities. However, I did notice a small oversight with a used cotton pad left behind in the bathroom.
